Refund Policy

Langås Capital maintains a strict no-refund policy for its digital products, courses, memberships, subscriptions and other digital services.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided to educational content, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.

Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not provide a refund, whether full or partial, for charges that have already been incurred. Access may remain available until the end of the applicable paid billing period.

Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the digital product has been provided.

Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, you are responsible for cancelling before the trial expires if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription. Once a subscription payment has been validly charged following the trial, the payment is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Change of Mind or Non-Use
Refunds will not be issued because you changed your mind, did not use the product or service, failed to complete the course, no longer wish to participate, or purchased the product by mistake, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Trading Performance
Langås Capital does not guarantee trading profits, funded accounts, payouts or any other financial result. Failure to achieve a particular result does not qualify a customer for a refund.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, those mandatory rights remain unaffected. Where legally permitted, customers requesting immediate access to digital content may be required to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of their statutory withdrawal right once delivery begins.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
The no-refund policy does not prevent Langås Capital from correcting verified duplicate charges, billing errors or other situations where reimbursement is required by applicable law.
